I'm headed to Winnipeg next week, wonderful capital of wine that it is. Yeah right.
I'm not expecting to find anything fabulous while I'm there, and my time is short anyways, but I was hoping to hit up a good wine bar or two (if such a thing exists there). There's a couple wine stores that look promising. And there's a local fruit winery in town, D.D. Leobard, that I'll hopefully visit.
Anyone ever been to Winnipeg, and have some suggestions? I'm probably better off checking out their breweries, Fort Garry and Half Pints.
