Domaine de la Pépière (Marc Ollivier) Muscadet de Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie Vieilles Vignes Clos des Briords
Served extrqa cold to combat the extra hot day - this was like glacier water with a touch of lemon. It was too cold to show complexity, but served the purpose of thrist quencher very well.

Ollivier is one of the Geniuses of Muscadet. The Briords, if you can stand to let it warm up just a bit, drinks like a good Montée de Tonnerre.
