A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. I try every Mondeuse that I can get my hands on and most all Savoie wines I come across. Mondeuse tends to make a rather rough/rustic/tannic wine and this was no exception. The cracked black pepper nose, though, is something I seldom encounter in Mondeuse. This had more fruit than the Savoie Mondeuse tend to have. Probably about the 2'nd best Mondeuse in the world.

Ohhh... of course, the world's greatest Mondeuse is...MikeOfficer's. Soon the be joined by SteveLagier/CaroleMeredith's Mondeuse.
