I thought this was pretty neat. Guillaume is a wine distributor now (he was one of the founding partners of Terroir Wine Bar in SF) and he posts some great photographs.

Thanks, but unfortunately the photographs are in French. :)

Can you tell me what sort of room the winemaker is standing in the photo that is 13th from the bottom? It almost looks like he is surrounded by incinerators, which I assume are not used in wine making.

They look like cement "cube" tanks with steel doors.
