2007 Scholium Project Naucratis Lost Slough Vineyards
Opened as part of an evening of casual wine & cheeses (we were supposed to be watching Celtics/Lakers, but gave up after the 1st quarter), this was certainly casual. Someone shouted out "PINEAPPLE JUICE", and that's exactly what the wine tasted like. There wasn't any other way to describe it. It might have even had a touch of RS, and the finish had a touch of heat, but pineapple juice hit the mark dead on.
