Not sure about the times of coverage in the US but the WC is on everyday up here. Morning, noon and night.
Which wines are ready to go as the England team prepare to destroy the USA!
Will you be wearing your fancy team colors to support your team? Oswaldo, getting excited?!!

WTN: `04 Elderton Eden Valley Friends Riesling.

12.5% alc, $20 Cdn, SC.

Color. Quite a pale lemony color, no sign of decline.

Nose. Whiff of petrol, very appealing, rich, ripe, lime, minerally. Big aromatics here.

Palate. Medium-bodied, good grip on finish, lemon/lime. dry and crisp, I serve quite chilled, guess close to peak. "Unripe BC pear here" from across the table.
Significant riesling statement here.

It's on all the time in DC too as we have a pretty large international population. I played soccer in college and I guess I just find it ho-hum compared to American football.

As the US is playing England tomorrow, isn't some beer appropriate? Maybe an IPA or a Sam Adams or a Yuengling if you want a decent mass-brewed beer.
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.
