2001 Jadot Gevrey Chambertin Estournelles St. Jacques
I've been working my way through a case of this with somewhat varyng results. My prior bottle was very open & silky, while a bottle last night was quite cranky for the first hour or so & then barely started to open up. It never achieved any sort of aromatic openness, but it was eventually quite silky on the palate.

So overall I will wait on the rest for a while. The potential is there, but performance is too unpredictable at the present time.

When I had the 1993 about 6 years ago it was really good.
