2007 Pazo San Mauro Albarino, Rias Baixas, Galicia, Spain

I have reported on this wine previously. 12.5% alcohol. Golden color. The first glass poured had some fizz (it retained fizz on the second and even the third day.) High acid; refreshing crispiness. Minerality present and some apple and citrus notes.
