WTN: 2003 Ch. Malescot St. Exupery

Open this wine tonight with marinated London broil and an hour to breath. Not enough time! Very dark black in color. The palate and nose screamed tobacco and black fruit with plenty of tannins to balance. It was quite enjoyable now but has so much future potential that this was infanticide. I think I might have 1-2 bottles of this left and will try to hide them for 5-10 years and see what really developes. A great wine with great potential.
