If so is there anything good there I should pick up? I like to stay in the $10-30 range.

Binny's is huge with all sorts of wine. There are plenty of wines in the $10-30 range that I'd buy there (and far more that I wouldn't), mostly Beaujolais, German Riesling, Austrian Grüner Veltliner and a few Zins. Your tastes are probably different from mine, though, so those recommendations may not be useful for you.
