Wine in kegs?

by Robin Garr » Mon May 03, 2010 6:24 pm

First it was the screwcap ... now they're making wine in kegs to serve on tap. It's getting mighty hard to be a wine snob any more. ;)

Story in the San Francisco Chronicle:
Tap the keg for a vintage pour

More difficult to be a snob,I thankfully agree but no more difficult to be a discriminating consumer.

Heck, I have even seen wines in precisely the same kind of 1 liter paper containers that hold milk. I even tasted two of them. Tasted each two times - the first and the last! 8)
