If you live in either area--check the Offline Planning forum. First up, a tentative offline at Samos in Greektown of Baltimore on May 21st.
I will be in NYC June 10-14 and hope there will be an offline during that time--possibly on Sunday June 13 (some restaurants have no corkage fee on Sundays.)
