Atzeyer Rotenfels, Rheinhessen. AP Nr. 432529300502.

Orange and peach on the nose, brown sugar and some botrytis.
Thick and viscous in the mouth, honeyed, melon, green apple, peach and a hint of grapefruit rind. Very rich and concentrated. Could benefit from a bit more acidity.

A long honeyed, sweet finish.

An excellent wine for only $14.95 Canadian.

Went very well with curried chicken and rice.
