WTN Lagar de Cervera Albarino Rio Baixas 2004

Didn't feel like cooking tonight, so I walked my dogs down to the local Indian restaurant for some takeout. Came home, looked in the 'fridge, and pulled out this bottle. Very,. very nice-goes really well with the Saag Paneer (and the extra chilis I dumped in the pile to make up for their Americanized timid spicing).

Delicious, crisp, white wine with, to my tastes, a loo of citrus. Described by one critic as "a combination of Sauvignon Blanc and very dry Riesling.." A nice buzz developing, as the citrus does not conflict at all with the spinach or the chilis, amazingly enough. Given the sub $15 price, I will definitely buy this one (or the 2005 vintage) again!
