Saw this advertised during a Vintages release early in the year.
Screwcap closure; 12.5% alc./vol.
Very clear pale green with some tiny effervescence. Quite neutral on the nose; a few hints of lemony tang and maybe some asparagus. Crisp and light-bodied on the entry with tense acidity - very invigorating. Well balanced and dry. A simple, clean, crisp dry white wine with a mild wave of warmth along the mid-palate and a short finish.
There isn't much here that makes it a dead giveaway as to the variety: certainly no white pepper or green peas. All the same, it makes for a nice quaff, suitably chilled.
$12.95 at Vintages.
