2002 Huet Vouvray Le Mont Sec
I've heard tales of Huet that ages for 50+ years, but this is really good right now. It's all Chenin typicity, solid acidity & a rush of fruit and non-fruit flavors that defy classification. One of the best wines I have had all year. Fantastic match with my lemon & telicherry pepper chicken.

Sounds great and nice to hear about something that isn't cranky and is just delicious.

my problem with Huet is I love them (sec, demi, or mllx) young, middleaged, and older, but have trouble not drinking them all young!

And might I add, even better that this was a sec showing well, without much of the r.s. to help it through.
