WTN: Megalomaniac Pink Slip Pinot Noir Rose 2008

VQA Niagara Peninsula
John Howard Cellars of Distinction

Light, bright red in the glass.

Spicy, apple, strawberry on the nose.

Light to medium bodied, spicy, rich strawberry-raspberry, apple, crisp, refreshing, a little sweet, with a light bitter bite.

Mouthwatering on the finish with strawberry fruit.

I have never been a big fan of rose wines, but this was quite good and delicious.

Purchased at $14.95 (Canadian).
