David Frost wine

I am looking at purchasing a bottle of David Frost cabernet 1997. Does anyone know anything about this wine? Is it past its prime? I would appreciate any information or advice.

Laura, not familiar myself with the producer but I just found this single tasting note on CellarTracker dated 2005: Past prime. Limited fruit. Did not develop complexity, just became a boring wine with age. The possibility of bottle variation aside, this doesn't look like a good purchase.
