WTN: `04 Brouilly-G Duboeuf (Flower label).

12.5% alc, slightly chilled and opened for an hour. Served in a fish-bowl glass but went back to the regular!

Colour. Seems to have a tad more depth than some of the others tasted this month. Pale-medium ruby w. violet tinges.

Nose. Has a slight trace of the banana one finds in the "nouveau". Raspberry and strawberry, all quite fresh. Nice aromatic nose, maybe some plum too.

Palate. Initial mouthfeel entry is ripe fruit, dryish, good balance and length. Fresh but some nice acidity and fruit depth here. Slight hint of tannin, here`s some chery but tons of raspberry. Really like this entry level Beau.

Cost was $16 Cdn.

*****ooops wrong forum! Hopefully someone can move over sometime.
