WTN: Another Slurper (Cheap Haut Medoc!)

2004 Chateau Milles Roses

I thought this a very slurpable young Bordeaux....not classified or fancy or profound or anything. High, mouth cleansing acidity, bright cherry and red berry and cassis fruit (seemed wide open to me). Perhaps a little woody??? but on the other hand there was a nice layer of light tobacco under the fruit. Very refreshing Red Bordeaux...and K&L Wines was featuring it in their cut-out bins for $11.95

Yum!
