Recommendations for the drinking window for these two wines would be appreciated. Thanks.

From what I have heard elsewhere, these still need a good 5 years, and then will be good/great for a long while after that.

Greg
I'm still sitting on my 1996 Montestefano and in no rush to open it.
The two crus you have are generally considered to be the more structured of their crus, so patience is likely to be required, but I reckon you should be able to track these through Cellartracker notes over the next decade.

Personally I'd try to wait until they were 15+ years old (i.e. 2016 onwards) and aim to finish them over the following decade, but with the potential to last beyond this.

I'm just starting to think about trying one of my 2000s (a more forward vintage AFAICT), but will probably leave that another 2-3 years still

Ian,

A botle of the 1996 Mocagatta was stellar after two hours of air last year.

I visited Produttori in November and asked about drinking windows and they replied pretty much what David and Ian said.
