Dim Vineyard
Creek Shores, Niagara Peninsula

Light yellow in the glass.

Peaches, apples, floral, light honey on the nose.

Started out quite rich and sweet, round and plump, but with very little acidity. After a glass or two it began to knit together. Medium weight, green apples, ruby grapefruit, a hint of orange toward the end, honeyed, spicy, good acidity, with some overripe fruit.

Lightly mouthwatering with green apple on the finish.

Very nice.

Screwcap closure.

Purchased at $14 (Canadian).
