WTN: '07 Riesling Kabinett

2007 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett
I've posted complimentary notes on this wine before, and this bottle wasn't really all that much different from the rest, with copious fruit, great clarity and balanced, if not bright acidity. Much too easy to drink, the half bottle was gone before I barely started drinking.

This is what I call a dangerous wine . It is so smooth and delicious you just keep on sipping and it just magically disappears. Thats why I love riesling kabinetts. I happen to have two 2007 Selbach-Oster kabinetts in my cellar but they are from Wehlener Sonnenuhr. Hopefully they are as good this one.
