This is aromatically lovely, and also quite food friendly. It's just off-dry and finishes completely dry. There's minerality, acidity and fruit in balance, and the wine speaks in a classical kabinett whisper of intensity.

You've summed up pretty much everything I love about this wine - how food friendly, gentle and aromatic it is and best of all the value it offers. I will definitely have to buy more once I am back in the US.
