Looks like a tasty meal, sounds like a great bottle, and your blog-site is nice as well...

...but, what moved me was that photo of you and your dad on a wine-tasting trip; I used to do that for many years with my dad, until he passed away ten years ago. Those are great times and memories...One of the best things surrounding the enjoyment of wine & food is the lovely & lively company of our family, our friends.
