Ready to go now? Not in need of more cellar time? Since you've got the self-described "glacial cellar," you'll serve as my low-end extreme.

I loved it. I am sure it can gain complexity, but will it lose that beautiful fruit - I am not sure.

Disclaimer - I love youthful Beaujolais. I am not one of the proponents of aging the wines. I just bought a lot of 2005s, so some are going to get a few years of age no matter what.

I was thinking more about the tannins of the '05s. Those that I tried at release were roughly tannic (for Gamay) and seemed like they'd need a few years to smooth out. I was wondering if the Coudert has done that yet.

I would not call it rough. Tannic? A bit but not much at all.
