Sur Lie, Vielles Vignes

Bright yellow in the glass.

Fresh, lemony on the nose.

Lemon, grapefruit rind, tart green apples, spicy, tangy acidity, lightly prickly on the tongue, very mouthwatering.

Mouthwatering, lemon, green apples and grapefruit rind on the finish.

Rather simple and one-dimensional: intense lemon, very tart and very tangy. Not nice.

Screwcap closure.

Purchased at $13.95 (Canadian).
