70% Merlot

Beautiful nose of anise fruit, tobacco, pencil lead??????? Quite nice nose.

Palate was quite tight, though. Some fruit and leather, but also a quite a bit green. Still, I loved the mouth feel, the lack of alcohol burn, the elegance???? Very nice, but very light.

Hold for five years?
