Christmas Eve Eve Chat

by James Roscoe » Wed Dec 23, 2009 8:58 pm

I am late with this message. Christmas is nearly here. It is time to discuss the festive season. Pull out your favorite festive beverage and join us in the chatroom. We start the party at 9:30 PM EST for those of us on the east coast, 8:30 PM CST and 7:30 PM RMST for those of you in Chicago or in fly over country. I guess that means 6:30 PM on the left coast. If my calculations are correct everyone in NZ needs to join us at 3:30 PM Thursday and at 1:30 PM on Thursday afternoon for those in Sydney and eastern Oz. It will be an ungodly 4:30 AM? in Israel, and an even less reasonable time in the rest of Europe until the next time change. I should add that Bob Henrick usually shows up around 9:00 if anyone wants to come early if you want to speak with him.

The fun starts HERE!!!!
Yes, and how many deaths will it take 'til he knows
That too many people have died?
The answer, my friend, is blowin' in the wind
The answer is blowin' in the wind.

My apologies James et, all, but I will not be on chat tonight. I do wish a Merry Christmas for all and a happy New Years. I for one hope that 2010 will be a LOT better than 2009 has been.

Where is everyone? It's 9:40 and I'm the only one here.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

Dear Julia,

Thanks for missing me. I was probably busy sleeping off our Christmas lunch as Chat fell on Christmas Day in this part of the world. Will see how it goes this week but it will be New Years Day here. Could be fun though as I'll be in 2010 while you are all still in 2009. :?

Cheers,
Sue
