Every Prosecco I've had up until now has managed to elicit somewhere between 'ugh' and 'eh' from me. So much so that I avoid them, sure I won't like what I get. But this one made me go 'wow'.
Pale and clear in the way that Proseccos usually/always are, this one had bright and complex citrus and pear flavors with some concentration, fine and persistent bubbles, and a clean crisp finish. At $20 locally, a bargain.
