Quite rich and full in the mouth, black cherry, light peach, good acidity, spicy, smoky, peppery, floral.
With time, the wine became thinner, sharper and displayed a prominent roasted-charred note.

To be honest, I don't really care for Viognier being added to Shiraz. I just can't figure out why I keep buying them!
