Sitting down with a glass of 2008 Merkelbach Urziger Wurzgarten Riesling Kabinett, and it's quite amazing with an incredible scent of spices, slate, classic Mosel pear/apple fruit with a sense of incredible lightness and freshness to it. Why can't more $15 wines taste (or even just smell) like this?
