Hoke's got it right, Matilda. Normally I can sneak my summer wine purchases past Bob a case or two at a time, but all this showed up about five minutes before he walked in the door yesterday. And just last week he asked how much I'd bought, and I said "Oh just two or three cases."

BUSTED.

Umm. But they're styropacked, Bob, so they look like a lot more than what's really there.

"two or three".....
Hmmm.
And those are SERIOUS cases, too!

I don't know that I'd be able to put all that away if my cellar were empty! And at the moment, if I got a dozen, some would have to go into the stack on top of the top row.

:D

Add that it's also just really disordered and scattered because the second law of thermodynamics is in full effect. ;)

Jenise, if you need help emptying any of those (and if any of those boxes contain Burg, Rhone or Riesling), I will gladly offer my liver's services!

Jenise ,you are off the hook.
As everybody can see in the picture, cardboard boxes, something completely different.

Cases are made of WOOD !!!your delima is solved. No second law of thermodynamics,no entropy ,just common sense.

Let your heart be at rest.

Jenise, Hi.....

Being "bad" from time to time is one of the best things we can do for our moral and physical well being. One day we two shall meet and I will then bore you to tears with my exposition on "moral hedonism".

I have about 4 cases in transit toward me at the moment myself. I think it's a hoarding for the winter thing.
