All retailers should be like this

I purchased four bottles of wine (the '06 St. Innocent PN (thanks, David B.) and an '03 Hermitage) and some Stilton at Calvery Woodley wine shop in DC over lunch today. On the way back to work, I entered the subway system and, while waiting for the train, looked at my purchases - gasp - only three bottles in the bag. The station manager let me out for free as I went back to CW and explained the situation. Within minutes, my bottle was replaced. I'm thinking that the little old lady behind me in line has a great bottle of PN! All's well that ends well and I hope CW gets their bottle back.

That is nice. One time when I was leaving Premier Cru the bag they gave me broke and one of the bottles smashed to pieces outside the store. They didn't have any more of that particular wine but they gave me something of similar value, which was nice.
