TN: Satisfying little (well, not that little) bourgogne blanc

With sauteed chicken breast over greens with a lemon dressing, acorn squash, and a tomato/cucumber salad, the 2007 Simon Bize "Les Perrieres" Bourgogne Blanc, I assume this is just outside Savigny, but I could easily mistake for a village Puligny. White fruit, white flowers, some light notes of coconut and vanilla, but certainly not high oak. Good length, quite stony on finish. Quite satisfying for level. B+/B

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C mediocre. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice. Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
