
Amber brown in color. Honey and peaches on the nose with a hint of spice (allspice?). Voluptuous midplaste of caramel, milk chocolate, ripe pineapple and a hint of honey. Beautifully balanced by the acidity. Long, luxurious finish of ripe tropical fruit and caramel.
With food: Great match with lemon sponge, which brings out the acidity and lemon fruit in the wine.
