Wine library for iPhone/iTouch?

With the proliferation of apps available for the iPhone/iTouch devices, has anyone found an app that they like that allows you to store and rank information about wines in your cellar or that have been consumed? This would be great to have in hand when shopping. Thanks.

I use cellar tracker and have a spot in my apps that opens (logged in) into the "add wine" search page. Very easy to use. I downloaded a CT-based app -- cor.kz is the name I think-- cost a few bucks, but simply opening CT itself is quick and gives me access to all the info I'd have from my Mac.
