I have some `05s in the cellar from Leflaive so this piece caught my attention. Usual high standard of writing! (I was intrigued by the use of heaters and electrical wiring thro` the vines).

Nice. I was even more surprised at the sub zero sprinkling, which surely becomes irrigation (something I thought was forbidden) once the ice melts.

i thought the water system was well-known. its been in the books forever.

having visited jean-francois bordet of domaine sequinot-bordet, after previously tasting his wines here, i think he is now my favorite producer. these are very pure and clean wines with each - from petite to 1er cru - being very expressive and distinctive.
