2006 Jewell Towne Vineyards (NH), Seyval ($7). The grapes are fifty, fifty from NY & MA. Alcohol level: 11%. Almost an orphan, but we popped it tonight and it was still alive.
It gives somewhat muted fruit of apple and pears on the nose and upfront. There was more fruit including melon and honeysuckle in the slightly sweet middle, and it finished nicely.

Nice to see you branching out to the local stuff which I can't seem to do with Maryland wines which I find too sweet, for the most part, not very well made and expensive for the quality.
