Domaine Lucien Boillot & Fils Gevrey Chambertin 2003 - Pale red, classic Pinot Noir color. Strawberry and cream nose. Sweet, overtly fruity. Medium to full bodied. Very young with a decent amount of tannin for interest although drinking quite nicely now. Medium finish and just a touch medicinal. Will probably improve a bit more but more likely a medium term wine rather than a long ager. So easy to drink this. Nothing showy but a very good drink I thought.
