WTN: Paul Cluver 2007 Weisser Riesling "Noble Late Harvest"

Thanks to Thor for providing this South African sweet wine. It's full of spice and honey, and manages to stay just on the right side of the botrytis line, avoiding the depths of VA that can sometimes happen with these wines. The balance is good, and it tastes like Riesling (as oppose to just being all about botrytis). A remnant left in a glass still smelled quite good this morning.

Neat--always pleased to see a TN on a South African wine since I think the wines are so much better than you'd guess based on the relative paucity of TNs posted here on them. Maybe we should do a Focus on South African wines to generate some exploration?
