Picked this up last night while on a business trip. I did not take detailed notes, but I can safely say that this is a good value ($21.99) wine that is in almost no way a kabinett. It really is delicious, with tropical and mineral aromas and flavors and a creamy texture. It starts with a softer, welcoming acidity, but picks up nicely in the long finish to clean everything up. But, it is really an engaging, friendly, easy spatlese. As a spatlese for drinking now (and perhaps over the longer term...I know little about Kunstler) it is very good, but if you are looking for kabinett this is not your wine.
An A for effort, but a C- for typicity. This is a very good buy if you WANT A SPATLESE.
