Did I miss something? Time stamp is incorrect

by John Tomasso » Sat Nov 29, 2008 9:06 am

I'm sure this has been covered while I wasn't paying attention, but my time stamp seems to be off by an hour.
In my profile, I have the correct setting - GMT - 8 Pacific Standard Time, with the summertime/DST button checked.
My time stamp is an hour ahead of my local time.
Anyone?

You were supposed to edit your control panel when Daylight Savings Time ended a few weeks ago. You have to change it by an hour.
Chico - Hey! This Bottle is empty!
Groucho - That's because it's dry Champagne.

Thanks Howie. I see now that the "DST is in effect" has to be manually moved to "no." I figured the s/w would take care of that automatically.

I think it would be hard to program on an international scale.
