Am putting together a tasting of Loire wines for my girlfriend's (German) parents, and am very excited about the prostelytizing possibilities. But, while reviewing the local London offerings I came across two producers that look serious but that I've never tasted.
Frederic Mabileau - seems quite well-documented in the press, but not on this website, working in Bourgueil and St Nicholas de Bourgueil.
Chateau de Bellevue - they seem less well documented in the press, but they have a wine from La Croix Picot in Savennieres, so could they be promising?
Any opinions?
