I'm curious how these will age. I've seen some notes on Muscadets with 10 years of age or more that are still drinking very well. What I don't know is if they get any better as they age. I'm debating letting the rest of mine take a long rest.

They lose the sharp acidity and develop some roundness. At the case purchase price, this would be an easy experiement, no? Where else can one find ageworthy $10 bottles of white wine? Sounds like a 'no-brainer' to me

My first ever bottle of Pepiere, but it sure won't be the last.

But you don't have any cellar room left, do you? Just let me know as I'm sure I'll be down to that shop a few times between now and mid-Aug.I should place an order for delivery on August 19th.

Charles, you should get together with Bill there in Boston. You both can share the hot-tub with Lil, drink Muscadet, open a Pepiere, eat some mussells and have boat races with the shells!! Betcha the pink rubber duck will get in the way.

I'm sure we could pull some other goodies out of the cellar. Will he be home?

Indeed I will. You are most certainly welcome to join us. Many goodies will be pulled from the cellar.
