Tonight I grilled a tuna steak along with pattipan squash and asparagus. Seasoned only with olive oil, salt and pepper. With it I served
2005 Joseph Drouhin Laforet Brougogne
This is a lovely wine. Beautiful bright ruby color. Plenty of berries on the nose and palate. Light on the tannins. Very elegant, easy to drink. I love a good pinot noir, and this didn't disappoint.
12.5% alcohol. Sells for around $15.00.

A very nice wine year in and year out. However the price seems to be getting higher than the quality.
