WTN: 2007 Edmunds St. John Bone Jolly Gamay Rosé

by David M. Bueker » Fri Apr 18, 2008 9:33 pm

The new vintage is out! This is a slightly bigger version of the rosé, not in terms of anything like alcohol (at least to my palate), but n terms of its fruit which tends more to cherry than last year's strawberry. It's still quaffable and very food friendly, and just darned good fun. I still love it, and it's fine QPR. Need a dry rosé, think Jolly, Bone-Jolly.

And still I'm teased by tales of this mythical wine, that STILL isn't available in Oklahoma.

Next year's Grenache Blanc/Vermentino blend should be called "Yeti" just for you.
