This is all youngish vines from the Gaisberg and Heiligenstein among others. It’s so youthfully fresh, vivid and fine that I cannot think of a better match for this early spring eve. It is very citric with grapefruit and orange, a little clementine and sandalwood, and it overachieves in the mineral department (For me, the Gaisberg flaky mineral comes a screaming.) Und meine Frau liebt ihn auch. Bonus! 12,5% alc. $20
