Baltimore April 9-11

I will be attending a conference in Baltimore, MD April 9-11. The conference and my hotel are in the Inner Harbor area. Any suggestions for good restaurants and wine stores are definitely welcome! Note: I'm probably taking the train, so I will not have readily accessible transportation. But I'm willing to walk! Thanks in advance
