Not sure if this was already suggested but you may want to check out any local wineries that may be close to you (if there are any). I know that Penn has about 100 in the state. In days gone by the wines from your state were not highly regarded and in the big picture still are not. However, Mark Chien has been a big influence in the state working with what is best for the climates/conditions. Quality overall should be increasing. You may get lucky and find something you like but even if you don't, you may enjoy the vist.

Disclamer: I have not tried any Pennsylvania wine in 8-10 years.

Does the tasting have a theme [some specific grape varietal, or geographic region]?

Or will it be more of a smorgasbord of different wines from all over the place?
